Q). How things with you?

Thing’s are V good! Busy in the studio (as per-usual) late night’s>early mornings, the usual routine.

Q). Where did the whole Chelsey Shannon Brown journey all begin?

My journey properly began at Uni. I graduated W/BMus Popular Music Degree in 2016 & have been trying to utilise my talent to it’s full potential ever since.

Q). Your single ‘Secret Lover’ is available now. How has the response for that been?

‘Secret Lover’ has been a great success. I’m so grateful for the attention/support it’s received so far/continues to do so & grow.

Q). Whats it like being in the studio with Chelsey Shannon Brown?

Studio session’s for me are incredibly meaningful/serious. Studio’s my escapism from the real world/day to day life-problems we all experience & encounter. I do not like distractions/disruptions, it’s my safe space.

Q). How would you describe your sound?

My music stems from R&B. The greatest genre of all time. When performing covers at venue’s, I love to sing the old-school classics & maybe drop some original content in there every now & again!

Q). Is there anybody who you would love to do a track with?

I have a small selection of artist’s I’d love to collaborate with. Angel, WSTRN, Christina Aguilera (that’d be the dream) she’s been my idol ever since I can remember & after seeing her perform live, it fuels me with even more passion to push for the future I want/deserve within the music industry.

Q). Why did you choose to get into the music industry?

I chose to get into the music industry because I can’t see myself enjoying anything-else half as much as I do when I perform live on stage. That feeling is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before! It’s magic, it’s the ultimate dream.

 

Q). What would you say is your biggest achievement in music so far?

My biggest achievement has got to be creating an EP (as of which I’m currently in the process of completing/releasing). I’ve worked tirelessly for 6 month’s putting this particular project together & can’t wait for the world to hear what I have in store.

Q). What can we expect from you for the rest of the year?

Expect plenty of brand new original content & performances/interviews (the full works!)
